I know it’s just a mini triathlon, but still, for someone who hasn’t been doing much of anything physically challenging for a while, I’m wondering if it’s too much.  

 

It’s 1/2 mile swim, 12 mile bike and 3.1 mile run.
I would attempt the Orlando one which is in early September so I think there’s enough time for me to get into shape.  

My ten year old says I should do it. He just wants me to finish the race.
